Laura Y - Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator
Meet Laura, a passionate and experienced birth doula whose journey began during the birth of her second daughter. The life-changing support she received from her own doula inspired her to provide that same level of empowerment and care to others. With over six years of experience, Laura has supported dozens of families in hospitals, homes, and birth centers, always prioritizing each family’s unique needs and preferences.
Laura collaborates closely with midwives, OBs, and family physicians to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your birth experience. She’s well-versed in a variety of birth scenarios, including vaginal births, Caesarean births, VBACs, breech births, hypnobirths, and water births. Additionally, she is trained in trauma-informed care and is committed to providing compassionate support for families experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.
Laura is dedicated to helping families advocate for their wishes and navigate pregnancy and birth with confidence. Her mission is to create a safe and empowering environment where you feel fully supported as you transition into parenthood.

Sydney - Birth & Postpartum Doula
Sydney is a Full-Spectrum Doula who supports families through birth, postpartum, and abortion care. With a background as a Retired Early Childhood Educator, she has spent years working with young parents, as well as adults and children with special needs. Her support is always accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to each family's unique needs.
Sydney is also a Lactation Consultant Intern, working toward her IBCLC certification. She is deeply passionate about infant feeding. Her goal is to provide families with the knowledge and confidence they need to feed their babies in a way that works best for them.

Rachel - Postpartum Doula
Meet Rachel, a dedicated birth and postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting families through every stage of their journey. With extensive experience working in diverse childcare environments, she has cared for children of all ages, bringing warmth, patience, and understanding to each family she supports.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Rachel understands the unique challenges that many parents face when expanding their families. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all families, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Beyond her doula work, Rachel is a devoted aunt to three wonderful nephews and a niece, cherishing every moment spent caring for and nurturing them. Her love for family and community shines through in her work, making her a compassionate and trusted presence for the families she serves.

Jade - End of Life, Death Doula
Jade is a certifying Death Doula with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through end-of-life transitions. After experiencing the loss of her own mother eight years ago, Jade witnessed firsthand the gaps in care and conversation surrounding death. This experience led her to her calling—helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of dying with compassion, preparation, and meaningful connection.
Currently specializing in Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) and living funerals, Jade is passionate about ensuring that those with terminal diagnoses have the opportunity to plan their farewells with dignity. She believes in creating space for intentional goodbyes, legacy work, and easing the burden of planning, so families can focus on love and connection rather than logistics.
Jade’s mission is to alleviate the loneliness and uncertainty that can come with death—offering guidance, advocacy, and emotional support during one of life’s most profound transitions.
